Our consignment store was opened in 1970 as Poor Boys by the previous owner. As times changed so did the store. The name was updated a few time, Landmark furniture, Simply Amazing Consignments and now is known as Simply Amazing Marketplace. As the previous owners dream grew so did the store. What fun it is looking through all the varied items in this store! My sister and I found some gems for her new home in Cottonwood: bedroom chest from Mexico, picnic table and chairs, outdoor swing. We felt the prices were fair. And Ron the manager was so helpful and amenable. We think this is a terrific place. Must be under new management or owners, because our experience was certainly different than most of these reviews.
Found this little gem of a place by accident, decided to take a peak. We found a couch, and a like new recliner! Both very clean, almost no wear. Not expensive at all and really cute, unique, inexpensive decor for your home. Some of the pieces are pricier, but from my experience using consignment, a lot of times the original owners are adamant about pricing.
Another commenter added the prices were hiked up, but for the region, its very reasonable. If you're from the Midwest originally, everything will be more expensive anywhere you go in the West.
I would definitely recommend shopping here. The staff is friendly, accommodating if you have to bring a trailer, and knowledgeable.
Love this place, always find what I need for that perfect place and at a great price. Super helpful people and really just an extraordinary selection of secondhand items that are really well taken care of.
Ron was so patient with us and tried to help us find the colors in Metal flowers we were looking for. We've made purchases here before but today was a big selection. Thank you Ron for all your help and you won't find better prices unless ya go to Mexico yourself. Our last trip there prices were just same when factor fuel & time. We'll be back.
YOU DIDN'T KNOW YOU NEEDED THIS!
What are you looking for. Its here. Its not new. But its here. Mexican art, old electronics, microwaves, clothing, china, beds, dining tables, old tools, statuary. It just goes on and on through two storefronts, the grounds in between and behind. Cash or credit cards. You will find something odd to take home as a souvenir, or a gift to someone who will never forget you.
AWESOME experience! Been shopping, browsing for 30 plus years. Go NOW! You won't be disappointed 🤗
